Trailers

Trailer are used to transport bulky materials and they can load within range of 24tons to 70tons.

Low Bed

Low beds are used to transport bulky materials or heavy machineries as their chassis height is within 1metre and its width is at least 10.5ft. This makes it useful in transporting big size cargos as well as PPVC modules.

Self-Loader

Self-loader is equipped with a mechanism called Jack at the rear of the driver’s seat that tilts the vehicle body so that machineries can be loaded on the body and transported. It can carry and transport up to 10tons and are used mainly for transporting excavators and forklifts.

Police Escort

Oversized cargos will be transported with police Escort. Any cargo exceeding 3.4m width, exceeding over height of 3.4m (excluding chassis) or overall weight exceeding 80tons will require to have police escort.

Cross-Border Transport (SG-MY)

We specialised in transporting Precast and PPVC modules, bulky materials from Malaysia to Singapore and back.

Tugboats

As a Singapore tugboat company, we provide tugs for towage services as well as to assist vessels in berthing and unberthing operations. Our fleet are all harbour craft licensed.

Barges

Our barges are used for transportation of equipment and goods, and they are harbour craft licensed.

Crane Barges

Our Crane barge carry out a broad range of activities ranging from offshore lifting, transfer of cargoes, anchorage recovery, anchor and anchor chain replacement, navigation buoys, dredging of waterways, salvage work at sea and support of marine construction work.

Marine Repair & Engineering

We do marine fabrication & modification such as installation of sideboards, ramp doors and afloat repairs & refurbishment of tugs and barges. We also specialised in marine structures, marine hot and cold fabrication works of onshore and offshore marine structures.

Wharfage / Private Jetty

With the only private jetty located up North of Singapore, we provide loading and unloading with import and export permits, berthing and mooring services and other marine repair and maintenance.

Circular Water Silo

Top quality circular water silo in Singapore.

We fabricate a range of customised water silos based on your specifications.

Purpose: Primarily for dewatering storage to collect and store groundwater or rainwater pumped out from construction or excavation sites.

Design: Made of mild steel plates in a circular shape with inlet and outlet discharge.

Capacity: Ranges from 10 to 200 cubic meters, depending on the scale and requirements of the project.

Feature: A full-height ladder and a manhole at the base of the silo can be added as additional options, depending on the project requirements.

Waterstop End Plate

High-quality Waterstop-End Plates for Diaphragm Wall Construction

We manufacture durable and reliable waterstop-end plates to meet your project needs.

Purpose: In diaphragm wall construction, waterstop-end plates are primarily used to prevent water leakage at the joints between adjacent panels, ensuring watertightness and enhancing structural integrity. They are essential in concrete structures such as basements, tunnels, and other underground areas, where preventing water ingress is crucial.

Design: Made of mild steel plates with high yield strength.

Capacity: Length varies depending on the construction requirements.

Feature: Ability to create a secure, watertight seal at the ends of a waterstop, which is a waterproof barrier installed in joints of concrete structures.

General Fabrication

We provide steel fabrication in standard sizes or custom made to order. It comes with wire sling and gears and certified with PE endorsement.

Customised Steel Fabrication

As a company providing steel fabrication, we are fully equipped with the facilities, equipment, qualified welders, engineers, and technical staff to carry out general and structural steel fabrication in Singapore.

Pollisum undertake welding and fabrication projects including pre-fabrication in our workshop alongside our private wharf. This ensures all fabrication work is carried out with the tightest control before shipment and installation.

Lifting Equipment

We offer load testing in different types of lifting applications. With our expertise, man power and cranes. We are able to conduct load tests or re- certification of the spreader beams, lifting frames, concrete buckets, various types of lifting gears, etc. Load tests come with certificates endorsed by authorised examiner or MOM accredited PE.
